 eBay Actually Removed negative Feedback
Glad to say for once eBay has actually helped me out. Have a stealth account that I have been running since 2008. A buyer purchased two items mid Dec I never filed any kind of unpaid item dispute. Mid Jan I get two disputes opened against me for items not received on a transaction items that where never paid for. I call him out on it and he finally paid. So I ship them in a Flat Rate A Box since it was the cheapest for two items. 15 Days later I get an email I only got one of the two items. I called him out on it saying I have a record I sent a box with two items, if I only send one it is in an envelope. (Flat Rate Bubble Envelope) Did not tell him that. He refused to described it to me and when I told him he was full of it he escalated his dispute to a claim and left me two negatives. I took about two weeks and two emails contacting eBay and explaining it and telling them why this guy was a dirt bag, as of today both negatives have been removed. Finally something has gone my way.
