 eBay Removed Listing MC047 Very strange!?
Hi Guys...
My best selling product got removed today, I have been selling it for at least 8-12month, with no problems or complainst at all. Today I recieve a MC047 Removed listing!?
The Item is listed on German eBay, so the message ahs come through in German. I have translated it. And it says about copywright infringements etc.
This is the main part of the message:
It is prohibited on eBay, offer descriptions in use copyrighted material without the author's consent. The use of images that you did not create is, therefore, normally constitute a breach of foreign copyright
Our advice:
Images on those sites may be protected by copyright. Copy these images, therefore, only by another site, if you have an approval from the owner to have or you use in your offers only self captured photos.
I have the same listing listed as a buy it now which remains on eBay (just auction got removed). I used my own picture, so i dont understand?
Do you think this could be a competitor?, and if so, or if not. How can I continue to sell it? Change picture, description?
Any help at all, I would extremely appreciate it, sorry for the long post guys!
