Can you use a debit card with ebay in a name that has been used

Hey everyone, so i was wondering if its ok to use a debit card that has never been used with ebay, but the name on the card has been used on ebay before. I can change the billing address on the card to match the address with the ebay account, But the name will be different. is that ok?

Not recommended, if its been near EBay in any way...they have it logged.

Find other method, many listed in the forum.
