Yea, I always find out as much details as possible. Check to see if it is a confirmed address. Look through the buyers feedback received and left for others to see if the buyer has any history of Shady behavior. Most the time I do whatever I can to argue for my case. My selling history etc. I know I have lost a case like this but I was able to keep the funds under the seller protection. I think eBay does keep track of behavior like this. It is always best to point it out.

It is not a given that this will happen.

From now, keep this fact in mind

Sellers have lost cases even though they have done what you posted.

Each case differs with the outcome.

i would listn to voltron, look at their history, age of account, feedback etc and try to build a strong case

this may not help, there are some ebay reviewers that will never side with the seller, just have to take these losses as a cost of business

thx for replies people..i have replied back to the case with 1000 characters of the 1000 allowed so hopefully i said enough to win this.
