USPS is a courier service or ?

I have ordered a few items on ebay. That seller mentioned he ship these items using "USPS First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service".

I want to know the USPS is a courier service or an ordinary mail service? In my country there's no USPS office (I guess). If it deliver DHL or something courier service,, I want to change my address.

USPS is United States Postal Service.

It handles mail and postage for within the USA and for international services.

It is not a courier service.

Expand on changing the address if a courier service... you may have issues.

It is an ordinary mail service with many possible features - your seller should clarify if THERE is tracking info, insurance info, etc. - ask him/her
