I'm registered on ebay.ca I'm top rated globally but it says I'm not for USA yet. But can I use the USA eBay site to list my items? Reason I ask is because I'm not top rated for USA as will i get still a boost on the search results since I'm top rated on the Canadian site still? Or to get the benefit I have to list on .ca?

Ok.. But if I list on eBay.com will I still get my top rated benefits of boost in the searches? Because I'm not top rated for USA yet. It says I'm globally top rated but standard for USA.
If you list on US eBay you may run into the IRS 1099k problem here in the US. I remember another Canadian seller mentioning a problem with this in the past. Because they had a Canadian account but they sold on US eBay.

You wont get the rated benefits of boost right away - takes time - have to build your account rep
It is built up. It has over 500 feedback 100% feedback top rated and powerseller. My question is if i list on rbay.com rather than ebay.ca i will still get the same benefits ?
