How to access Seller Dashboard?

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and it seems great! I have a question: I have an account with 450+ 100% fb and good DSR's.

Despite this, I am unable to see my seller dashboard. At first I thought it was my DSRs, so I got 10+ expecting to see my dashboard, but it wasn't unlocked.

I then thought it was because I owed eBay money, so I paid the amount they were going to invoice me - alas, I never got my seller dashboard.

I think I am going to be invoiced tomorrow - do you think I will finally be able to access it then? I searched this forum but I couldn't find a definitive answer.

It usually pops up on your next account review, once you go over 10+ in seller DSR's.

Thanks for the response. Is there a way to find out when the account review takes place?

usually on the 20th of the month.
