Hey everyone

When it came to category limits there was a certain word xxx that would trigger the category limit restriction after a few postings of the item but today I received a phone call from someone
saying that eBay changed things around.

According to my friend she stated that eBay had changed the certain word xxx and made it a new word yyy and the category limit restriction would appear after 50 listings of that certain restricted item.

Sounds like a mix of hearsay and trying to circumvent category restriction (which is punishable policy violation)....

No she doesn't work for eBay but she has been doing eBay for a long time.

I wasn't worried about the situation to much because this is my last year of eBay and all my accounts have had their category limit removed so I wasn't sweating bullets.

She said that upon the posting of the 50th item that the category limit restriction appeared.

This was just a heads up for those who use that certain word xxx to get around the category limit.
