Address Problems!!

Hi Everyone

I have a customer who wants to return an item to me, even after I said to keep it and gave a refund. My home address is not the same as the address on my Ebay account and I don't want to give them my address through Ebay messages incase Ebay reads it, and I don't want the item returned to the address I use on my Ebay account.

Any help with this please??

Send the buyer an email.

Offer to send the buyer a prepaid return label. Don't generate it through eBay, just print it yourself and mail it via postal mail.

Simply tell them you have moved and provide the address. In the future you might want to do as many of us here have pre printed return address labels. You just paste over the return address printed on the original label.

I am a big fan of having a PO Box or a Mail Box at a shipping center for these kind of situations.

Yes I know, Im new and still trying to work everything out. If I knew how to deleted the thread I would do that.
