MAC address problems

Well it seems now i can only use certin MAC's on my router or the intrenet WON'T work! This all started happening over the past week

I have been doing the MAC change for about 4-5 months now and never had no problem like this. I even bought a new router to make sure it was not the router and it was'nt only 2 things i could come up with is A. The ISP can see when you change your MAC and there limting it. Or B. My cable modem maybe the problem.

I have searched online about this problem and have found nothing and im not sure if i should call my ISP and see what there deal is or would that be a bad idea as they might ? me for what i need all them ips for.

You can use the same mac addresses over and over I think. I use my computers mac address and the default router address. When I swith to one or the other, it changes and so far has never had the same IP as the previous unless I change it back really quick. So I don't think it's the router...I've been through 3 modems now because the signal get really bad in them I guess. But Charter replaces those for free

You might want to contact your ISP. They may think you're involved with suspicious activity. You're not doing anything illegal, as far as I know.
