No......
Your VERO Strikes are account specific.
You can get 3 strikes on Account 1A (1 More and your account goes NARU)
Stop selling there & go to Account 1B
Get 3 VERO Strikes on Account 1B (1 More and your account goes NARU)
Stop Selling there and go to Account 2A
And on and on and on and on

And then after 90+- days eBay resets your VeRO strikes to zero? I thought I read somewhere that those strikes never go away totally.

They truly never go away but you can take another hit after 1 falls off.
But the VERO strikes are kept in your permanent file for that account.

Hmm. It seems that even if they let you take another hit after awhile without giving you the NARU treatment, there is some computer counter somewhere adding up your total hits, including your linked accounts. Won't they get the idea that you're gaming the system and eventually ban you and your linked accts. permanently?

I guess that's the idea of having backup accounts in your pocket, with no links.

Thanks HWGA! You just gave me a great idea to get around the Vero Alerts. I keep getting Vero takedowns and eventually get hit with the 7 day selling limit. I'm going to start having 3 ebays accounts with same info for each paypal account. I did not know you can make sub accounts with the exact same info! This will allow me to switch out accounts and let them cool off.

I know they are linked together, that is the point.
I sell for a while on account 1A.
I eventually get the lovely VERO Alerts.
Then pop to account 1B.
By the time I get the VERO alerts on 1B usually the 60-90 day window from account 1A has passed.
I then pop back to account 1A.

You have to remember that I am running 8-10 Paypal accounts at once.
This means I can bounce between MANY accounts.

I had 1 eBay account go NARU due to VERO about 2 weeks ago.
I am still selling on the linked account just fine.
But I am waiting for the email. I am sure it will come in time.....

HWGA, how does your method effect holds in paypal.
For example, say ebay acct 1A is well established say 6-9 months old with feedback and getting no holds. I now want to add a brand new ebay acct (2A) to that paypal account. Will payments received using acct 2A receive holds?

I think I can answer that. All my accounts have 2 ebays attached to 1 paypal and everytime I added the 2nd account it still got holds on some payments. I'm not sure why some don't get held and some do, but once I get 20+ feedback on the 2nd account any holds go away.

I do it all the time.
If one of my accounts gets a VERO warning I just let it sit.
I use another account that is built with the same information.
This way I am getting to use the same paypal account.
I know they are linked, eBay knows, Paypal knows. We all know.
On some of my accounts I have 3+ sub accounts.
You can do the math...
Right now I have 10+ valid and working Paypal accounts.
Each PP account has 1-3 eBay accounts running under each one.
I have been doing this for a few months now.

Just remember the following information
If 1 goes down ALL the linked accounts goes down.
If your accounts get cross linked (from 1 set to another set) you could lose a LOT of accounts in the same day.

Do you make all different ebay account with same name in same day?

Wow, some very useful information...don't know how I missed it the first time around.
I'm glad that this thread was re-awakened
Okay I'd like to create a bunch of accounts just like this thread has addressed.

How many can you have under the same identity?

These accounts will primarily be used to rotate risky items though if strikes are given as mentioned above (sorry, can't access previous posts from this screen) to let the account cool off for a while.
I have a competitor that likes to cause problems for me, not because we sell the same things, but because there have been issues in the past. Would love to throw him off the scent. So obviously I don't care if they are linked by ebay, as long as he doesn't know, until I move to the next account.

So, you can use the same name and address?
Same phone number?
Same CC to register?
What is the total number of accounts permitted to be registered underthe same name/address?

Where have you been? It's on HWGA's signature ( 2 ebay accounts to one paypal) and it's mentioned dozens of times that using that method allows one account to rest if it gets a hit. A ratio of 3 to one means you need to take more care. Dont forget all info is the same BUT the email address. Make good use of your excel/log and away you go

I duess I never gave it much thought because I thought they were referring to different info, just the same Paypal...not all of the same info.

So the only thing that needs to be different is the emails? Are you talking using each of those individual emails for paypal for the corresponding account as well?
Can phone # and CC be the same on all of the accounts?

Great! I'm going to do a few with my work address and phone number which will both be changing in the next month due to the consolidation of two offices. I already have one there for several months with about 10 feedback so this will work out well.

Hi Here I Go Again,

"You have to remember that I am running 8-10 Paypal accounts at once.

My question here, then, is what do you do about the IP address problem when switching between the accounts?

Well obviously if the accounts you are switching between are all registered to the same physical address you don't have to worry about switching IP addresses...that is huge to me.

You still have to swap the IP address between sets (1A-1B>2A-2B>3A-3B)
New IP between 1 and 2 and new IP between 2 and 3.

AOL dial up works the best for me.
A new IP every time I log on.

Here is a example of 3 different SETS of eBay/Paypal accounts:

1 = Flash Gordon eBay account A - Email address FlashA@ebay.com
.......Same IP
.......Flash Gordon eBay account B - Email address FlashB@ebay.com
.......Same IP
.......Flash Gordon eBay account C - Email address FlashC@ebay.com
.......Flash Gordon Paypal Account - ALL 3 email addresses are added to this Paypal

CHANGE IP

2 = Barney Rubble eBay account A - Email address BarneyA@ebay.com
.......Same IP
.......Barney Rubble eBay account B - Email address BarneyB@ebay.com
.......Same IP
.......Barney Rubble eBay account C - Email address BarneyC@ebay.com
.......Barney Rubble Paypal Account - ALL 3 email addresses are added to this Paypal

CHANGE IP

3 = Fred Flintstone eBay account A - Email address FredA@ebay.com
.......Same IP
.......Fred Flintstone eBay account B - Email address FredB@ebay.com
.......Same IP
.......Fred Flintstone eBay account C - Email address FredC@ebay.com
.......Fred Flintstone Paypal account - ALL 3 email addresses are added to this Paypal

These are what I call "sets" of accounts.
The IP can stay the same inside the "set" since each account A, B, & C all have the same exact information.
But you need to change the IP when you change "sets".
