Default Forwarding emails...risky?

Hi,

buying the ebay Stealth Book later this week. gots to deal with spring break right now.

I want to get just a little ahead of the game right away. I was thinking of setting up about 3 new email accounts (for the 3 stealth accounts I hope to make).

How does this sound?:
I set up the accounts and have them forward emails to my real email account. I can keep an eye on all stuff EB/PP from one account. If anything needs my attention then I can just log into the correct stealth email account and deal with it. It would be very much easier for me to just answer emails from my personal account though. I guess I could also work through ebay messaging.

THOUGHTS?

You need to make all images and beacons blocked

You cannot reply to messages from your 'master' email address that all emails are forwarding, but you can reply to messages so long as you are logged into the correct email account. Gmail does not share the senders IP address with eBay

Actually I have been answering emails from my "master" account. Messages that were forwarded to my "second" account. Answering ebay messages that way so I could send URLs and email addys.

Does Hotmail share IP address? I looked in the header info on an email I sent and could not find anything.

Just to be clear, the 'master' account is the email account that all emails are being forwarded to. Is it this account that you are replying from? If so you have caused one heck of a link if you are replying directly to the ebay message.

I do not use hotmail. They did used to share the IP address of the sender as of a year ago. This may have changed since. Gmail is IMO much better for stealth

I would recommend using Mozilla Thunderbird

Like James had said, you have put your self in a easily avoidable situation, If that master e-mail was once banned too - Would not be surprised if they all get linked to your main account.

Use thunderbird, it has tabs that allow you to have unlimited emails on the left hand side, as a added bonus it automatically disables all images and HTML (the nasties eBay use to track us for marketing / linking reasons!)

Hotmail can be toggled to block images and beacons
