Default Anyone has this problem?

Hi guys! Happy Spring!!!!

My eBay account is real info and been listing for almost 4 months now. Maxed the limits (10/$1000) every month. Good feedback and ratings.
Never got any suspension notice or anything.

However, after almost 4 months of selling, the limit is still same. I read that most of the times limit will increase after 90 days. But didn't do for my account.

My ebay account is aged since 2011 and also PP but started selling 4 months ago.

What do you think guys? will everyone get increase after 90 days or its normal?
Should I be worry?

The only thing I can think of might be, I still did not add a bank account to PP to withdraw money. I just added my credit card and been spending PP money that I earned from selling on buying random things on ebay!

Is this normal not getting auto raise on selling limit after 90 days? my selling FB is 20 and about 20 buying feedback too.

If its real info why don't you request higher selling limit?

People here say DO NOT CALL eBay! lol I am also scared that people who used to leave this address might have problem with eBay! ( I am renting my house ) but I am sure no one with my last name never suspended.

My main question is still about getting auto raise after 90 days!

Depends on many factors.

Usually once I hit 25+ feedback and have over 250 bucks in sales it will go up on the next month (or sometimes you will get the middle of the month raise)

Lol your worried that the old owners of the house had a suspended ebay? xD i have rented 3 houses in my life and never had a problem with my ebay.

I use to be just like you, i was scared as hell to call ebay (manly cause i sound extremely young and was worried they'll mistakenly ban my account for being underage) but i had no problems with them (they were actually pretty nice and helpful).

They will ask for information like phone number, address, user id, zip code, birthday, etc...this is just to confirm your the account owner. After they confirm you're the owner they will ask question like if you have the item in hand, do you dropship, where do you get your items (don't worry if they are from china as long as they are unbranded items then your fine).

P.S when i say "unbranded" i mean stuff like ties, socks, neckless, etc...but things like unbranded phone cases, chargers, etc...is out of the question as they will not like you selling that.

Of course this is usual.

Once you are presenting a viable account to ebay, selling to your limits AND all boxes are ticked, increases come.

ebay prefers to see a verified and confirmed paypal with accounts.

4'months everything is normal, just keep selling well and limits will raise, the average is 90 days but I had accounts take 6 weeks to 6 months for limit raises

Patience is always the key if you are waiting for auto increase. Are you shipping the buyers' things ASAP (same day or next day)? Are you providing tracking (eBay likes to see tracking uploaded pretty quickly)? Shipping out immediately is kinda ineffective if tracking is not provided.

I agree...if it's not a stealth account, I'd be on the phone with them??, if you're in a hurry call, if not, then just wait, eventually they'll get raised if what you say is true.

Cool Re: Anyone has this problem?

Ebay usually raises limits after the account has been active selling for 90 days and received at least 25+ FB. But it can vary sometimes depending on what type of items you sell, how quickly you ship etc. Since its not a stealth account I would attach a bank account to PayPal if I were you..and if the limits still don't go up just give them a call!

There is certain criteria that must be met I believe like laur4852 stated, how fast the items are shipped (with tracking uploaded!), the feedback you receive/DSR's, and the number of items overall.

I have one account since 2006 that is 100/$5000 and feedback in the 400's. Another from just June of last year that is 350/$10000 and only 112 feedback, limits were just raised last month. Never made a call to eBay. The second account has had more customer feedback in general, which I believe makes a big difference; same number and dollar amount of sales though. Both accounts were nearly maxed both months.

Sucks though, you can't make customers leave feedback... even with a friendly message and a paper in the package, my rate is like 1/10 receiving positive in response.

Build the account with solid activity - good feedback - hit your max limits every month - and hope it grows naturally.

Make more accounts if needed

Above all do not worry. One can get paranoia reading the forum. Others have said it's typical & I agree be patient.

As far as calling goes if you like playing Russian roulette call. I am not much of a gambler & don't call unless account is lost anyway.
