Changing IP Address

Hello all I have a questions about changing my ip address.... When I turn my router off and back on after a minute, my ip address changes, is this enough for paypal and ebay not to recognise me assuming I have followed all the other steps according to the ebay stealth guide?

That is enough - keep track of the IP changes with a log (Excel sheet is available on the forums) - make sure your accounts dont overlap IP

OK that's great and thanks for the fast responses will check out that link for keeping track of it addresses, as of now I am using excel like suggested by stealth,

When you say overlap do you mean if eBay and paypal account 1 is using 1234 as IP account 2 should not be logged on using the same? Or do you mean I should just be careful as IP address changes overtime automatically?
