linking new account to established account

Hello guys

There is a issue on ebay at the moment when you try to link a new account to your established account to remove the seller holds ,
it says it is a" limited feature and they will inform me when i can use it ", i have tried this on 2 new ebay account and the same message occurs,
i don't know why this is occurring and anybody shine light on this subject

I don't know how much help you'll get here....link is the dirty 4 letter word in stealth. Do you really want to link an account just to get money 11 days earlier (that's really what we're talking about)..it's only 90 gays you have to wait for it to go away on it's own?
