I have been reading what I can about inkfrog open this would be very useful for messages when I am away.

Does anyone know if the message you answer goes direct to the buyers ebay account, or email account?

I can't imagine how this is possible...I must not be understanding this right.

What I'm doing now:

Telling my email acct #1 associated with ebay acct #1 to forward all messages to Master Email Acct.

" " email acct #2 assoc w/ " " #2 to forward all mssgs to Master Email Acct.

I can read all my messages from all Ebay Accts. But I can't reply, because I'd need to change the ip address and be logged into Ebay and logged into that User Acct and send the message from there.

How can inkfrog.open send a message and make it look as if it's come from my Ebay acct and from that ip address?

You can reply to the ebay message right from your email and it will be through ebay messages, inkfrog uses the same thing.

What you're doing is unnecessary

You mean I can hit Reply from my Master Email (to which all email account forward ebay's messages).

And it replies from the respective source email, and also doesn't show my ip address when I hit Reply?

No, from each individual email account. No need to forward all the accounts, use thunderbird client or a cell phone to receive all individual accounts in the same place and reply to each one from its one email. EBay doesn't have access to your email so they don't see the IP from the emails

Just disable pictures on each account to prevent tracking through them.

So, I have all my gmail accounts come to an iPad. I can hit the 'reply' on the email client, not the reply button from ebay actually in the email?

I had no idea I could do this!

I've been changing my ip address, exiting all programs, changing user accounts, logging into the ebay account.....just to reply, "Thanks very much!" to a buyer.

Also i just noticed that free eBay lister, free eBay templates, free auction management, auction management is very similar to free eBay lister, free eBay templates, free auction management

also Whois telling that this domains have one owner

I replied from my master email, and here's the message I got:

"Hi ______,

Oops. We weren't able to send your message to __buyer___, because the email address you used to send this message, (master)@gmail.com, isn't linked to your eBay account.

To keep eBay safe, we need you to send messages from a registered eBay email address. This will prevent your messages from being blocked in the future..."

I told you NOT to use your master account. You need to reply from each account which is associated with that ebay account. Kind of common sense.

beware of inkfrog open. It is a new site completely competitor to the classic inkfrog. Not completely tested or confirmed to not link.

I just stick to the classic inkfrog.

I've been using it and reporting no issues for 3 months now and people keep saying the same thing. I guess to each it's own, I'll continue using it and saving lots of time

but when it comes to reply to customers I use my iphone with loading images OFF. Incase of little web beacons tracking on these photos.


just simply reply from the email. (NOT EBAY REPLY BUTTON) theres a difference. the ebay reply is a link that send you to the website.

thats good I was iffy about trying it because someone mentioned linking by messages.

But obviously you just have to connect the right emails.

Sometimes you gotta try things yourself.

You were saying don't hit reply from my master email account, but hit reply from the email associated with the Ebay acct.

I had a few of my stealths tied to one inkfrog open account (been that way for about 6 months) and I haven't had any problems with being linked.

However you may want to just create separate inkfrog open accounts for each 1 of your stealth because it is completely free.
