Is it safe to buy an account and start sell from different country?

I'm new to everything here and thought about buying an account (because create a totally new one sounds me to hard for now) and start selling drop shipping items.

I live in Israel. How the seller address from different country than Israel can affect my account?

If I have connect to my personal paypal and ebay account should i reset my ip before starting everything?

1. Welcome to the forums.

2. Get the stealth guide.

3. Id recommend the sellers here to purchase an account from if you have not already.
They can walk you through and help you. You need to take proper steps...and right now, you are not there.

4. Dropshipping can get you shut down fast. Especially if you are using the account in another country than what your customers are expecting.
Delays in time, transit, holds....Real mess you're looking at.

If your new to all this then you have a lot of reading to do. Drop-Shipping will not work very well on a brand new account. The account will/might get limited very quickly.

Using an Account in another Country is not easy and should be done only if you understand how to do so safely.

Never, ever attach another PayPal to an Ebay account, both will eventually get limited.

Do you know anything about linking and how it makes troubles?

You would HAVE to tell any seller on this forum this idea. It's not good.

I live in Israel as you, theres few things you should know:

1. Drop shipping wont get you anywhere, your account will be limited real fast and you might lose money.

2. If your planning to buy US/UK acc with OUR address you will fall, ebay blocked me when i listed my first item, the solution is VPS, NOT VPN.

The best thing I suggest you is getting brand new stealth accounts, create 1 acc each 2 days for like 10 days so you will have 5 acc and verify them with VCC.
In my experience any account I had over 10 sales within 2-3 months got higher limits so I think you should be patient and start from Zero.

I just saying it because I use ebay and paypal to buy (for personal use) very often (more paypal than ebay). My question was if i should renew my ip address before I start to open new accounts.

btw, isn't it possible to start selling from this ebay account?

are you all selling products and ship it by yourselves? or am I missing some method?
