Default Problem with buyer

I sold 12 stickers i make on ebay and i miss spelled a word on it. They buyer sent me message ask if i could send more spelled right. Then ask if i could send them 50 stickers. I was cool with that cause they very small stickers, so i told them i would send them 100 stickers free. Then they ask if i could send them 1000 and its a noob with 3 feedback. What should i do?

Give an inch, take a mile.
How about issue a refund and block the buyer?

You say no.....and if they cause you a problem, you report them for feedback extortion.

I mailed out he hundred stickers a few days ago, now they sent me message today and told me keep stickers and refund there money OMG! I contact them back and told them i mailed them and told them to mail my stickers back first. Then they said >> So can I keep maybe 5 or 10 and send the rest back for a partial refund?
This buyer is really pissing me off! They better be glad they there a 1000 miles from me.

Maybe i should let it go tell them to keep stickers and give there money back. Ebay should let sellers leave Neg feedback on bad buyers.

They are playing a game so they can get the 100 stickers and get there money back.

That is why I never deal with this stuff. It only takes a few like this to make you not want to work with anyone.
I always use the ebay system. Unfortunately the newer defect system makes it harder.

I got to set my account where new buyers can't buy. What should i set it at on feedback? I was thinking where they must have 30 feedback to buy from me.

You can no longer set based on feedback score. That has gone a long time ago.

There is a ton of other options for settings. I mix it up depending on the items I am selling. If I am selling an item I have thousands of I want bids.

If I am selling high dollar items, I want quality buyers.

Take a look at the options and figure out what makes sense to you.

I would honestly tell them off. That you went out of your way etc. Just school them on being a civilized human.

I had a similar problem about a week ago. Knock on wood the buyer hasn't responded. Told me after 45 days that they never received the item. I sent the tracking info saying when it was delivered etc. They kept being absolutely rude. Sending me messages in all Caps. "THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE", "YOU NEED TO SEND ME ANOTHER ITEM OR REFUND ME". Especially after I told them I would file a claim with USPS they said "THAT WON'T BE SUFFICIENT, YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO ITEM".

I finally told them. This conversation is over. I am not going to be talked to this way. Your item was delivered X Date and the tracking supports it. Its been 8 days since I sent that message. Nothing heard back, will see what happens.

Depending on where the funds came from it, will take a few days to appear on there account.

Hopefully with only 3 ratings, he doesnt know how to leave feedback.

Unless it is quite clearly your some other ebay seller signed up as who needs 1000 of the same sticker...

If you don't know how to deal with your business then probably step back, take a break and re-analyze.

Your attitude towards your buyer as a "noob" needs some positivity

This same buyer sent me message a week ago and ask how i was making my stuff cause they want to make it them self. This is the same buyer on the stickers. Just sent me another message that they are trying to buy another item and it won't let them buy. That's cause i blocked them.
I am just ignore buyer.

Dont worry, youre not the only one. I got a demanding buyer myself a couple of days ago.
But you learn from it. Youve blocked and you wont have to deal with them again till the next one comes along. Just be on guard and dont cave in.
I did just that and on reflection i did what i had to but never again. I will await my feedback on my buyer and hope for the best.
But if it goes pearshaped, il be ready to report. Some people are simply out for all they can get and can really work on the seller in a way to make them have to give in to their.commands.

Unfortunately there is a great deal of those stupid buyers now days and nothing we can do about since ebay is all about buyers and not sellers.

Yep.

I didn't read everyones responses so this may have been said but....

Simply put, no.

Ebay can review messages and clearly the buyer has already violated their policy IF they leave negative feedback. You already went above and beyond the call of duty, they're just trying to get as much as they can out of you.

Make sure you act as profressional as you can. This is very very important when ebay reviews messages. Never argue, its a waste of time as you'll never win and only make the buyer more irritated.
