Lazy stealth = problems

Always log out.

Computers aren't immune to glitches. If it hasn't happened yet it will if you don't log out.

Log off and log into a different account. No need to shut the computer off.

You mean changing windows user account? Yes you can.
Use it for a dedicated ebay and PP account per windows user.
