If you checked your banned ebay account on your cell phone with ebay app do they link that if you delete and reinstall on new phone with same number and sign in with your stealth account? I have looked for this specific item but cannot find a thread.

Logging into more than 1 Account will link them together, does not matter if you delete the app and reinstall it....On the same device. This forum has explicitly expressed that people do not use the Ebay/Paypal Apps.

The app never forgets your phone. You can't make it all disappear.

Once you get used to using a browser to log in, you will forget all about the APP, I know when u use the App for a while it is nice and easy, but after a couple months you will get used to operating from a browser

Yes, if you MUST use it from your phone, get a mobile browser that clears cookies when you close it and doesn't trace anything while you're using it. Don't use any of their apps.
