the buyer asked to cancel the order. I believe you would get final value fee credit for both. But im not Totally sure. Id be careful about lying though. What is the real reason for canceling? that would help decide.
a buyer purchased the camcorder from me on March 10th, he never paid so i decided to relist the camcorder and i sold it the next day.
The 1st Buyer just now sent me the funds tonight and i had to refund the buyer and cancel the order. I emailed him the day he purchased it but never replied back. so i figured he wasn't going to pay.
I am now trying to find out how to get a Final Value Fee Credit. I don't want to pay a $56 fee.
I'm not sure if i should email Paypal about this or what
I suggest in the future waiting the four days for the unpaid item assistant to close the case before reselling. It eliminates this issue altogether. It is only four total days from the time the item ended.

Check out ebays page for fee credits. Its best to wait about 3 days before relisting an item especially if you don't have the buy it now option as pay immediately. I think youll only get it back with the buyer asked to cancel an order. But he didn't, so im not sure id condone using that.
