Does ebay count shipping on weekends or no? Because I'm currently at 88% shipping rate where it was done with stated handling time and tracking updated by courier.
But the funniest thing is I have one day handling and Im shipping same day or next. So where is this defect rate coming in from?

+1 on this. Always better to offer free shipping. If you're having problem with shipping defects, consider raising your handling time and seeing if that solves things.
