My recap....item sold at 7PM on Saturday and went out with the Monday mail.

Any suggestions on a response to help me "get on my game"? BTW, business is too hot to track every package along the way...plus what good would that do?

because...........people like this are much more rare in person than they are online.

I guess I have it good.......I have my customers by the balz. They can;t get what I have anywhere else, it is not electronic (can't break), and a fairly expensive item for what it is. And high demand.....so if they don't want it.....NEXT PLEASE! Custom made to order.

I will block a bidder/buyer in a heartbeat. 90% of my problems come from 2% of my buyers. Another 75% are willing to take it in the arse because they know I am the one-and-only source for these things. But.....I still do the best I can for my regulars (and others for that matter) because it is the right thing to do and the stuff I sell might be a keepsake in the family for generations. Gotta make it the best I can.
