eBay seller fees increased to 1$ for normal auction style 1day duration, why???
Dear friends, please help! I don't know if only I experience this problem, is this new listing fees? When I am trying to list my items as an auction for 1 day or 3 day, it's charging me 1$ extended duration fee? Why? It should be free, or atleast 40cents as usual right?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

You really should start reading the policy updates that ebay emails you instead of disregarding them. It clearly states that 1 and 3 day auctions now have a $1 listing fee. This is to discourage sellers from utilizing 1 and 3 day auctions....because they know it is the most used listing format. More money for them. Also, no need to post the same thing twice just because you didn't get an answer right away.

You must of made a effort to not read anything relative to updates or posts from eBay. They gave plenty of warnings and displayed the info any many places for sellers to see there was a update coming.
It's one thing to dislike the actual updates but to not know they were coming is your fault. Not to sound harsh but it's your job to read the updates. Ebay can only do so much on their end.

Yup new update, they want to make more money for 1-3 day auctions. it's basically to charge people that want to rush a sale. If you have patience you can always just list it for 7 days.

The downside to this is if you sell products that are a commodity and your not a top-rated seller plus the listing might not be available to up to 24 hours you lose out ( depending on the supply/demand). What kills me on this is the visibility factor and if your selling a product with tight margins also it screws up the flow of things.
