hi so if i get a VPN and buy an established ebay/paypal account with high limits will that be good enough and i dont have to change my ip and user name etc?

You will firstly need to ensure its a good solid VPN

That would then solve the IP issue.

Your still going to need to keep cookies separate though

Ebay doesn't care if your ip changes constantly. In today's age, with internet access coming from seemingly everywhere, they deal with probably 100,000s of IPs every day. Some coming from airports, coffee shops, homes, phones, you get my point.

That being said, I doubt they care if you are changing IPs constantly, in fact a good chunk of their users use mobile to sell, and mobile phone IPs and are nearly all dynamic. They expect this kind of thing.

Using a Fresh IP address and dedicated user acc should work just dandy.

Edit: Been using a hotspot service since 3g was first installed and never overlapped an IP address. Hotspot services are a great way to obtain fresh IPs on demand, although slightly more expensive than a single dedicated VPN IP, good luck!
