Default Resolving neutral feedback issue

I sell a lot of high risk items, veros, and do it in a special way, so ebay does not pay any attention to my account. Everything goes smoothly. I sell phone cases as well, as a supporting product. I sell them in hundreds, not a single problem with a buyer, as they are quality, and well packed, with nice non-stock photos. Today I got my first neut for a several penny worth case, saying "Just a waste of money." No any PMs, no disputes, no nothing, just a neut, and buyer won't answer any messages, nor provide with any other reasons of his dissatisfaction. I want to know, is it better to leave it off, and not to attract any extra attention to my account, or to report the buyer and to ask EB to remove the feedback?

I doubt eBay would remove a feedback like that.

Sometimes you just have to pick your battles.

Yeah most likely won't be removed, take a look at the buyers "Feedback Left" see if they often leave neg and neutrals, if that's the case report but not a huge deal

This has happened to me on few 1p items.
Had one buyer open a case to because wants to be refunded.

You just have to ignore and sell more to recover that defect.

If the buyer isn't happy what on earth makes you think you can change their feedback? Unless you can prove it malicious it just is never going to happen.

Ebay is just a numbers game, no matter how hard you try and how good your service.........you will get neutrals and negatives as your volume increases......just part of the game.

Thanks guys, will just ignore him. But he looks really stupid, like a wall of positives for this product, then his neut. What a looser.

It's human nature.

Some people see success and are inspired, others envy it.

It's impossible to have a powerselling account without at least a netural WHEN you sell low cost items like you are.
