I have not been around for year(s) either.

What does that have to do with being a fool(s)?
Rhetorical.

Anyways whoever you may be. The other day you said I was a helpful and good member. Please go edit that crap before someone reads it.

Highest energy wins, No?
I like to keep it positive though. I think I bought 60 accounts from you total. Never had any issues. Thanks!

Re: Raising Selling Limit

I get increases more often when I sell quickly. E.g a 100 item a month limit, sell 80 in the 1st few days of the month will much more often get increases than selling 80 in 3 weeks

I have not bragged of such anywhere, please quote a source or just stop making things up.

Two points to make on what you said though.

Firstly, if I open, as you put it, 17 accounts I would not worry if they all just started at 10/650. I know from my personal experience and knowledge of how I run accounts that 15 to 17 out of the 17 would be 90/100 item per month accounts within 10 - 16 weeks anyway.

You seem to think 100 items is an amazing high starting limit? You need to raise the bar. The last batch I had included a brand spanking new 500 item/10k. (Now that WAS a brag :bounce: ).

Secondly you talk about costs? Well each account costs me 60p to make, plus about half hour to do a little researching and setting it all up. So pretty nominal to say the least.

I suggest we all stop wasting energy on this person(whoever He/She is). It really is a waste of time and incredibly negative. He/she is a 50/50 poster. 50% Is a childish drowning negative bore and the other half has substance that is the same regurgitated info so what the point in interacting with such a Negative Nancy?

Re: Raising Selling Limit

As suggested in the posts on the first page, just open multiple accounts. Try to maximize your selling limits on that account until eBay raises them and then create more accounts to sell on. Spread the risk, better returns!

What I am wondering is : what exactly happens when you click the request higher selling limit link on the seller dashboard? Seems they want to verify your address but what is the process exactly?

Do they do some sort of public database match? Anything in regards to the stealth name cannot be verified. As stated earlier in the thread though, I DO have a new address that is clean, and simply verifying the address rather than the identity should be no problem.

Bottom line, if there is any risk involved in doing this, I think I should stay the course.

I think that is your smartest course of action. It has been awhile since they tried dragging me through a public database. But I do recall when I was getting limit increases on my real account, I would call every 30 days religiously, and they ALMOST always asked me public database questions. I do not think they are as hard about it today. But with you already having that 370 item limit you have, I would not risk the call. Now, if it was a 5/500 or 10/1000 or 30/3000, then I'd give it a try. Risk vs reward.

As stated earlier, if you act confident and give them a reason you're NOT in the database, you will get an increase no problem. ESPECIALLY on an established account. I get BRAND NEW accounts increased with NO ID and NO history without any issues. If you have a good selling history, it will be a piece of cake.

But do it, don't do it...I don't care. I'm not getting a commission on your phone call to eBay. If you're scared, don't do it. No one here cares whether you do or don't (except the account sellers, )

You know, you make too many generalizations on here about account sellers. What you say is nothing more than discriminatory. Same as a person who would call a person out due to color, sex, religion, or nationality. You do not know me or what I care about on this forum, so please STOP making general comments about account sellers. You are incorrect!

Any advice I give a person is because I care about their account, not because I have a personal agenda on this forum. I have never came on here and told someone not to do this, instead buy my accounts. I have never not helped someone build an account instead of selling them an account. I have gained too much from this forum to not give back. And I am referring to before I was selling accounts on here.

You want to spread your beliefs about what you think ppl should do, go for it. I do not recall a time that I have ever attacked you over it. But I am tired of feeling like I am being attacked by you every time you say account sellers don't want you to know this, account sellers don't want me to tell you to do this. I simply don't give a **** what you tell ppl, but stop generalizing me and assuming what I want or don't want you to tell ppl.

And what do you do with them? Frame them on your wall? Who cares.

I have 5 solid accounts with limits that range between 220 and 650 items per month. I don't have any need or desire to start a brand new accounts with 500 items per month, as there's no way to guarantee those limits without using real info. Plus, you can't max out the limits anyway without a limitation. Your point is moot.

Go troll elsewhere.

Account sellers = Slokor, Callidus.

There are others, but they have been dormant for quite some time.
