eb ppal payment reversed - ?

Hey all.

An outstanding payment "..failed because ppal has indicated the agreement authorizing payment to eb needs to be updated".

What is the reason it failed or how could the agreement need updating when I have automatic payment from ppal to eb setup?

And, since it failed have they tried to pull from the bank?

bank is linked to ppal.

In that case if PayPal are telling you that the payment agreement needs updating that would also apply to taking funds from the bank account linked to the PayPal so it should be fine

Seems my ppal won't cover the payment owed to eB. My best bet is to pay with a prepay visa directly to eB? Not sure how to get more funds into my ppal once I update the agreement because they will attempt the pull again.

Do I pay eb direct with a visa gift?

Just put the payment through as a once time payment via PayPal

If you have enough funds in PayPal it should go through fine

You can then update the agreement

Well I would do exactly this but I don't have enough in the ppal to cover the eB payment. I thought I was paid up.

I am now trying to find a way to load more funds into the ppal. Or, just use a visa gift directly to eB?

I have amex serve, btw. Others on here were mentioning serve as a way to pay the eB fees. Not sure if they are saying I can create a vcc in my serve account ..?

get in car. turn on engine. drive to nearest corporate grocery chain. pull out wallet. buy gfc. load with enough funds to pay eby. drive home. log into aspkin again. log into eby acct again. pay fees. issue solved.

It may well be possible in that case to pay as much as you can with the PayPal balance and then pay the remaining fees with a decent VCC
