LOL he/she made it pretty clear they were responding to me.

The chart he/she shared details eBay's new "late shipment" system, telling you what qualifies as a late shipment and what does not.

My late shipment has gone up to around 1% and I have no idea why. I have to look at my tracking numbers and see if I have a scanning issue at the local PO and if it happens only with certain carriers on certain days.

It may be caused by response delays if you are using Shipstation service. That is the illness of this platform and stamps.com

Also there are several glitches with this new metrics.
The one I've noticed was related to an unauthorized purchase with paypal.

For example you've sold a product on ebay. You didn't ship product yet. In several hours an unauthorized transaction pops-up with PayPal.

They ask you to cancel your transaction if you didn't ship a product.

You cancel it on PayPal...but... it is marked as "Canceled by Seller" in Ebay Defects Metrics.

You do not expect this to influence anything...but... recently I had 3 similar cases.. and all of them affected my metrics.. Considering the fact that "canceled by seller" is one of the main indicators - that should be handled on time.

Ebay removes these defects easily if you contact seller support, but still it's better to double-check.
