Your best bet is to find something unique or custom made that your competition can not easily duplicate. Also, you could specialize in a complex item, for example I know if a seller that makes good money selling used surplus imaging equipment he gets from the army and corporate surplus, because knows what parts are needed and how to make the equipment work properly. Other seller just sell as-is and have no idea. |
