Ebay Case Problem
Buyer purchased product and ebay says the order went through, buyer hasnt paid in six days. I sent a message three days ago, trying to be nice, and asked if he wanted me to cancel his order. No response. So I opened a case today, and bam like 8 messages back to back from him saying he didnt order and wants to cancel ...
In resolution center my only choice under take action is receive fee and then im asked if the buyer paid or not. I guess if I say they did ill get charged a fee. I'd like to be nice to the buyer and close the case and then send a cancellation request. Is this not possible?
