Problems with ebay today?

Been trying to list on a few accounts, keep getting errors and such.

I just had ebay tell me that my fee payment was reversed in on 3 of my accounts by PayPal. When I went and checked my PayPal account to see what the problem is it turns out that eBay did take the fee payment out of my account and now they are telling that they didn't and want me to pay them the fees again. I am also getting errors when I try to list new items. I don't know what the hell is wrong with their site, but a lot of **** has been going wrong.

I have been trying to call ebay the whole day but never had been answered,system tips me that wait time is about 3 min. but half hour passed,still waiting,anyone else who's having the same problem?I'm using online phone.

Is Ebay recovered by now? I still have problem log in. It keeps loading but does not go anywhere.
