location errors
Recently I received 2 item unreceived case by some buyers who complains they haven't received their order. Since I actually do a drop shipping from overseas, the shipping usually takes around 5-6 days to reach to buyers. After those 2 cases opened, some of my listings can not be edited (add up more stocks) or create. System keeps on asking me to contact eBay customer service.
However, most of listings are fine and can be revised or created.
I'm so paranoid now, should I contact eBay or not? Did anyone else have the same issue here before and how to sort it out?
Some advises would be much appreciated!
