 Ebay buying issue, On/off
Getting "cannot process payment" when trying to checkout with paypal. It's pretty much a secondary legit paypal account(SSN and all). Real CC with the exception of a bank. Account has been live for a week but when I try to buy and pay with paypal it gives me the error on SOME things, generally sub $300 items. At one point when I was at the checkout I was able to go through with an item for over $300 however when I accepted a best offer on the item it shifted back to old antics.
Anyone gone through such a situations?
