Weird EB case resolution
Got some retarded customer, who read the first half of title, ordered item, and opened NAD case, while ignoring all my attempts to explain why I am not willing to accept the return. I was 100% sure I will win this case, so left it there for an escalation. Escalation happened, and it seems that no reps even tried to dig into the case, EB just sided with the buyer, and refunded him. Ok, I thought, I was just ridiculous, called in, talked to some guy who had less knowledge about EB than I do, talked for about an hour, and managed to explain him that I am right, not the customer. Another case opened, and instantly closed in my favor. And PARTIAL refund was charged from the buyer to my account. What was that?
