vcc and vba on paypal withdrawl

question is one i buy a vcc and vba to get verified and be able to sell on ebay and direct money to verified paypal, how in the hell can i take out this money or how can i withdraw this safely to a real bank acount or something if vcc and vba are just to get you verified?

is this a stupid question? cause i cant think of a way to do this safely.

Make sure your bank is OK with mismatching name withdrawals
