UK ebay account

Yesterday,i registered an ebay uk account.
I use VPS and a virtual uk number to register.
But when i first listed the item,it did not ask me to add paypal/credit card/bank account as the reimbursement method,it was just listed and selling limits is 100/3500 pounds.
Is this account safe to use ?

It will probably ask you for it when you list the 2nd or 3rd item to sell.
This happens occasionly on accounts.

You must of had a PayPal account attached though to the eBay account....
