usually just Name, email address, where you get your items, how fast are you shipping, what services you use, how many items you think you can sell etc...

Seems calling isnt the best option for you in that case
Just wait for the limit increases to come. They come pretty often if you run an account well

a lot of Puerto Rican speak english some not, i live in PR so i do not practice too much english i can write and read english but not feel good talking.
