Feedback revision rejected. Can't reply to the feedback. Is it normal?

Got a neut, asked buyer to revise it, he refused. Tried to reply to the feedback via Feedback Forum, but eBay continuously throws one of the following errors:
Err 1) user ID "MYUSERID" is not registered on ebay
Err 2) please fill in all requested fields

And I can't add a reply to the feedback as a result.

What's that?

Its a known bug currently. Sign in via .com and you will be able to respond to feedback

maybe clear cookies, try again

better still leave it for a while, use account normally and then come back to it.....

I had the same issue, held my breath and used a different browser.
Worked.

This is the quicker way currently for UK issues with feedback.

Started in the New Year it appears.

Didn't try, did a google search and that one seemed to work for some folks. Used ie as I never use it and went right thru.

Give it 24 hours at times that works as well ebay is full of bugs. Glad to see you had it worked out!
