Default Feedback Revision

I have sent a buyer a feedback revision which they have agreed to do - it says its sent my end so I cant try and send again but the buyer cannot seem to get it to change?

Any ideas?

None of your Feedback is eligible for revision. - I have a negative so it clearly must be?

Buyer will be an idiot. Send a message telling them how to do it. If they are still playing the stupid card, ask them to contact ebay to revise.

Good luck.

Explained about 20 times! They are more than happy to do it HOWEVER they only have 9 feedback so are clearly clueless on how to do it!

Get them to contact eBay and they will be able to do it for them. Or give them a step by step idiot proof guide on how to do it.

Surely they can see the ebay message or email that was sent to them? They just click the link in the message and they will be able to revise it

I smell a rat... perhaps she doesnt actually want to revise it and is telling you different?

I'm actually seeing this as a problem - I had an account a few ago that had 1 negative and I sent the feedback revision said it was sent my end but customer never received anything.
They had to go on live chat to get it done!

Could be but could be some buyers are idiots, yesterday I actually sent a buyer more of what they should have received and I just can't believe they automatically opened a case on me " Item not as described" and I immediately log in and see I was left a neutral and the idiot wrote " not what I ordered, seller sent more than paid for"

Now this all occurred about 15 min after package was delivered and now I'm actually having to explain to this idiot that I gave it to him as a gift and did not expect him having to return the quantity not paid for and that he can keep it all but needs to close the case because I have only few days until Paypal will give a refund if the case isn't closed.

Still no response from this moron except " oh I can keep everything " like you serious a few mins after receiving an item you get what u ordered and more so your reaction is to not even message me but instantly leave a neutral and open a case. Ahhhhhhh!!!

It's already been 9 hours since I told him to close the case and I sent it to him as a gift and as long as the case is closed than he can keep everything but if not they will take the refund from me. I just can't believe this is happening

Forget about trying to send this idiot feedback revision he will be worse than your buyer and never figure that out and besides despite the neutral he just said its more than what ordered and didn't leave low dsr s everything is the same but seriously.

I just wish I could block any buyer that has under 50 feedbacks they are always the one that are the most trouble

Not worth the time and effort - you may have just wasted a feedback revision request.
