Any one had this new pp withdrawal page layout and it takes kinger than usual for money to clear?

Funny thing is I have about 4 different types of paypal depending on which account it is. One still has the old classic from 3-4 years ago

Layout has nothing to do with a withdrawal taking longer or shorter.
