Right now it just looks like an innocent statistic for the seller, there's no set limit on what return percentage you can have to be considered a 'problem seller'.
But I strongly believe all this update has done is remove transparency from sellers on their performance... to make them less stressed if a buyer opens a claim, making them feel like they have more power (and of course, not having to call eb support to dispute every defect on their dashboard)-- but if a seller is still consistently pushing above 5% on the old metrics, you probably could expect some kind of intervention from eb.
