Before taking up such a principled position.......remember you are a stealther.

If you get rattled by silly things like this then you are gonna have strokes with some of the stuff that will be waiting for you further down the line.

f**k you
"principled position"...easy to talk when your not in such a situation.

EXACTLY...HE SHOULD BE HELD TO THE SAME RULES AS EVERYONE ELSE...this is my point....thank you.

he did not actually agree with you too much, but at least you found one reply you liked...start to get upset if people do not agree with you, little baby....

Re: How is this seller NOT in trouble?

And for all the posters saying "don't be jealous..stop moaning..little baby"...what a load of rubbish.

Why don't we all gather in a circle and sing "kumbaya" together while competitors bend the rules and push out of the marketplace...ummmm no thanks.

If there is a seller doing something against the rules I sure as hell am not gonna sit out on the sidelines and be a saint while they get away with something and I bend over backwards to be an honest seller and take a quarter of the margins....this is capitalism wake up ppl

It is infuriating when you as a seller have to take razor thin margins BECAUSE you are doing things legit, and other sellers can just violate the rules and make bigger profits...how is that fair?

My call was well worthit.

Snitches get stitches. It may have been worth it to you but when I see your numerous help threads I won't be responding with any helpful answers.

look, two shoes.....when you are stealth and you have numerous accounts, so many that you cannot even get around to using them all, you do not need to worry so much about the rules, if you bend them a bit and get away with it then fine, what is the worst that will happen, lose the account?

...........but good use of the word 'rubbish' old boy........

Quite right. You are the only person here who has a competitor who bends the rules a little......doesn't happen to anyone else does it?

Ummm...sorry so why are you on a stealth forum? exactly whose ebay account are you using, what address are you using, why would you feel the need to change things like i.p, what happened to your last ebay account?

So much hypocrisy coming from you and you don't even realise it.

you called ebay !!! ??? you seriously need to re evaluate your business model.

Retailer77 - you deserve to be taking a quarter of the margins purely based on the attitude portrayed in your replies to members here.

God damn, I would hate to buy from your eBay Shop. The business model and your priorities need looking at.

Instead of moaning you could easily bend the rules as well, as I keep saying 'business is business' like it or lump it ;)

Re: How is this seller NOT in trouble?

reporting competitors is frowned upon here....

but if you were buyer and they treated you badly, well then you have proof, plus it is personal - then sure, getting them in trouble is an option

Stop being a tard, tard.

EVERYBODY on this forum has from time to time issues with competitors.

Those with accounts in multiples of dozens will likewise have multiple problems.

Stop being so retarded as to thinking you are the only one with an issue, which in the eyes of vast majority of those replying to this thread, ISN'T EVEN AN ISSUE.

@OP
When you called, what did eBay say and is his listings still up? Did you happen to message the seller and ask him to elaborate on his "item condition" and his difference in the "description" area?

When I spoke with the ebay rep he stated I was completely justified in my complaint and stated he will report the seller asap and understands its obviously unfair to other sellers who are accurately describing their listings.

I really dont understand all the negative responses from my post..my complaint is nothing unusual...I am not trying to ruin someones career....I am simply asking ebay to enforce their rules properly.

bjammin 02-22-2016 03:43 PM

Re: How is this seller NOT in trouble?

The bulk of the negativity is because you called ebay on someone, which could be a stealther. Its just frowned on here because of all the stealthers. Everyone is trying to make their licks here. Its like a Stealthers Code.
