Default Idea... Risky or not ?

Hi,

I have an idea, that consists in contacting random ebay sellers (those with a few feedbacks but with old accounts) and ask them if they would like to sell their account.

I am wondering if it is risky because I would contact them from ebay messaging, so if ebay team read the message I'm sure to get the ban hammer falling on me

What do you think ?

So, how much would you like to pay for these accounts?

Well, I think those people don't know about all the ebay business we are making, so I think I would pay around 50/80€ per account and they should be glad to get money from their useless account

ebay accounts sold here don't have feedbacks as a seller, or are created less than 90 days ago (to sell on ebay US with a foreign account you need 10 feedbacks and to wait 90dys)

Your idea doesn't even make sense....how are you just going to collect money as a seller if their bank account and paypal still belongs to them?

He thinks adding another PayPal won't cause problems....which will, but the OP is smarter than the rest of us.

I dont know if you can attach another paypal acccount to these Ebay accounts, but i know you can contact any ebay member you want by selecting "the message is not about an item" . You can contact 5 member/24h doing this way, and if they don't report you to ebay, it's almost sure ebay team won't read the message as I did it 200 times in the past 2 months

PP and EB account names and addresses must match and attaching another PP with different info won't last...

Creative idea, but there are so many practical problems with this it doesn't really even pass a casual examination...

Cue the arrival of a certain North American associate offering consultations!

Hope we manage to convey to the OP this has been tried before & had a poor outcome.

This was tried several years ago by a user no longer here.

They attempted this with due diligence.

A couple of accounts had been sold several times before and was flagged by ebay as hacked. The supposedly naive seller made no mention of that.

Another account got sold... & the seller promptly went to paypal/ebay and claimed they were hacked.

In these two cases, the user was out of funds.

Should you read around the forum, we make mention of the risks of using another person's info.

This would also be the case with your proposal.

Read what I wrote and ask questions

Actually there are onoging AND major issues with this very topic.

In some cases, the outcome involves calling into paypal for a manual addition.
This means the account is flagged, which is risky.

Changing the 2 most vital details on accounts at the same time, instantly, is the road to ruin pure and simple op, even a casual read around of this forum would have made that very clear to you.

Plus - even if you buy the account - they could hack it and seize it back...avoid
