Item not received case - delivered late - valid defense?
Hey everyone.. I'm battling 3 'returns closed without seller resolution' cases that are about to put me out of business. All rediculous. But this one in particular has some merit....
One buyer on a $90 part never contacted me to let me know his item wasn't received. At some point he opened a case, and it was instantly decided against me as the tracking confirmed it had been lost in transit.
He got his money refunded... and a week later the item was delivered to his confirmed address. He now has my money, the item, and I have a case opened... one of 3 nightmares.
Is the fact that its status NOW reads delivered enough to resolve this issue... or should I keep building my defense against this insane company? If you were wondering... the other cases were even more minor. Thanks...
