Default Am I allowed to set bidder restritions?

I'm going to be auctioning a high value item tomorrow and I was wondering if I'm allowed to set bidder restrictions.

Like this: "Only bidders with feedback higher then 50 may bid. If you have feedback higher then 500 and you bid then I will end the auction early."

Is this allowed? Also can I see who bided on my item?

Yes you can set buyer restrictions. You cant see who actually bid on your auction, eBay scrambles the name for privacy.

Not true.

If someone bids on your auctions you As the seller are able to see who it is. Other accounts and buyers cannot see it.

I wish I could do this.... and ban all customers from CA and WA! Always 3x as much to ship, and impossible to please... the only returns I've ever had were from these states... I always lost $25-30 on shipping, and they always manage to keep the item and get a full refund

I have seen few listings here and there where sellers seem to charge a premium to certain states or don't want to do business with those at all...

I do not follow your bidding suggestion.

Also, you might meed to be careful about saying you will end the auction early....

Seller can see names, luckily!
