Anyone know how to do this?
 

When I print multiple shipping labels and check mark the boxes, I need to send a message to all the buyers (it's the same message to all of them), just don't know how to send mass message

Yes its safe..its a confirmation to ensure the buyer is fully aware of the description of the item

Be careful of too many messages, can be flagged for review of spamming...

I have noticed that if I send too many messages, they begin to ask you add capacha before sending message, so there is some kind of robo flag.

When I print multiple labels theres are boxes I checkmark then just hit "print labels" so I can print several labels at the same time.
Just wondering if there is a way that I can send all the buyers of the labels I print a message.

It's not spam, its just a confirmation email directly through ebay to the buyers with a copy and paste of the description of the item so they are fully aware of what they will be receiving before I ship the item out.
It has proven to work very well so far for me.

Nope that could come against you.

You can not risk hurting the fragile egoes of your buyers.

ebay may also think this is spam as njm stated.

Even if ebay assumed it is spam they simply need to review what the email says....

I have been doing it for 2 weeks already....customers only seem to appreciate the reminder and couple have stated they missed minor details and would like to cancel the order which saved me time....I don't understand all the skeptical responses

What are you selling that there are so many buyers second guessing their purchase? You shouldn't have to talk them out of their purchase; sad so few people actually read descriptions

Low star ratings for communication. Not suspension. It takes at least 45 days to see the communication results.

I have all 5 stars for communication, and I never say a word to my buyers. Def seems backwards, but that's ebay for you

I wish ebay was not so damn stingy....I am simply trying to confirm orders with buyers..jeez
