Didn't have to pay shipping fee when I got my label from PayPal.
Just throwing it out there. I had an account where I couldn't process a label through eBay so I went to PayPal. Not sure if glitch but I never saw a deduction for the label. The card attached to the account was already empty.
Wish I knew how to get free labels again.
