Okay now the problem is real.
The day and minute this occurred I reached out directly to the buyers email and explained to to the buyer to close the ppal case so I can cancel the purchase/refund the payment and reasurred not worry I did not ship.
After no reply I send a second email. The buyer responds tbrough eb messaging they rather have ppal investigate the unauthorized payment purchase and buyer knows nothing about it. Nothing I could possibly do but wait it out.
Well guess what? This dumfauk leaves a neg screaming for me to cancel!
A failed scam attept? They didn't even give me 10 minutes to actually ship the item so I may have a real dumfauk, here.
I see myself making contact with eb to delete this neg. How shall I handle this?
