seller claims didnt get tracking shows delivered
I just wonder as far as cases closed without seller resolution if buyer escalates the case and eb sides with buyer will this be a hit against me ,even tho i responded to case said contact post office ,buyer responded dont have time want item or refund . I respond this should be covered in the buyer seller protection as i printed the label from pp and tracking shows delivered ,, this is were the case stands now .. thoughts ? it was 30.00 item just wondering best course of action . Anytime i have ever escalated the case myself i lose even if i load tracking to the case
